Good size room, especially for the price, good location - easy to find - and friendly staff. There are parts under construction, nut the west wing is fine. Kind of wish there were breakfast, but I booked knowing there wasn't. Fridge in room meant I could pick up some breakfast items from Market Basket and be all set.

This hotel is 3 miles from Portsmouth International Airport at Pease and features an indoor pool and an on-site restaurant. The University of New Hampshire is a 15 minute drive away. Everything about the hotel and staff. The bar meal in the evening was excellent as was the breakfast. The room was ideal. Most of all the staff in all parts of the hotel were friendly and very welcoming. We felt at home in this hotel.
