There was a lot of places to shop, and eat.
There was a lot of places to shop, and eat. Otherwise I didn’t feel like there were many family friendly places to visit and explore. (We went in March, so still a little chilly and rainy. ) we were on a budget tho!
We ate at Coastal Grill and that was delicious.
We traveled to Lancaster for just a short 30 min drive and visited the children’s science museum (check their free programs) and Frisco’s chicken which was delish. It’s a Mexican Chicken place.
Our last day we drive about an hour away to the White Hall area and went to Chuck E. Cheese amazing place to take kids, great review in itself.) Then the mall in Lehigh Valley mall which is HUGE!
Getting around was pretty easy, a lot of highway access and travel.

We already reviewed this hotel, and gave the reasons why we were disappointed and why we will choose a different hotel when we travel to Wyomissing next year. We stay in Wyomissing because it's a convenient mid-point for our activities in this part of PA.

Easy to get to something for groceries or drinks and don't have to travel more than 5 to 8 minutes depending on where you want to go.

Adamstown is a charming "one-street" town located near the heart of Amish country. It’s a peaceful and scenic spot, perfect for a relaxing day trip.
Be sure to visit Stoudtburg Village, a newer section of town designed in a European/German style, adding a unique and delightful flair to the area. It's a great place to stroll, explore, and enjoy the quaint atmosphere.

Location is very nice.
Location is very nice. Right off the highway but in a very rural area. Some rooms are better than others. Needs updating and repairs in areas but otherwise a decent place to stay. The restaurant right across from the motel has excellent food!

Clean town with lots of stores.
Clean town with lots of stores. Motel room was very clean, nice fridge with small freezer and a very nice tv. 2 queen beds were quite comfortable. We were very pleased with our room and they even had coffee or tea 24/7!
Continental breakfast was a nice bonus.
I would definitely stay again!

I love the bed, and the cleanliness of the hotel and i loved...
I love the bed, and the cleanliness of the hotel and i loved my room it look like a studio apartment was so convinient for me because i travel with my family and we sat to eat and talk ☺️ It was so easy to drive around and to find nice place to eat, the neigborhood is very pretty and safe.

I was there to see a band during the Reading Blues Fest.
I was there to see a band during the Reading Blues Fest. I was astonished about not finding places to eat or drink something fast before the concert, although it seemed like one of the main thoroughfares. But I was only there for a few hours. so I would not make that a conclusive judgment. And there was not a lot of nightlife around, it seemed rather forlorn.

The staff there was really great, I'm only sorry I forgot their names, but the young lady on the desk when I checked in around 6:00PM and the morning gentleman who helped me when I thought my air conditioner wasn't working at around 7:00AM.
