Breakfast was good. Didn't really care for being served by someone that didn't understand English very well. Food was good and there was plenty of options. Receptionist was very pleasant to talk to and helped find a place for dinner.

Tamarack lodge is within walking distance of everything in Ketchum - I even walked to the YMCA for a workout in the morning. Everything is very close. You can even walk to Sun Valley - it’s straight up the road on the bike path

Breakfast is all homemade and one of the best ones. We went for a ski trip and the location is unbeatable either the free bus stop just behind the hotel. We also walked to the restaurants and everywhere else.

We parked at the hotel and walked the main street to get to restaurants. Most are within a few blocks. My brother in law does a 20 min walk each morning to wake up. I joined him. Traffic was light early in the morning, and reasonable when looking for restaurants. Fewer restaurants are open Sunday: but Chez McDo is across the street.

Just passed through on our way back home to Utah.
Just passed through on our way back home to Utah. Charming town. Great Mexican restaurant (La Cabanita) and delicious breakfast at Lucy's. Didn't have to go all the way to Ketchum to eat at fancy restaurants. Bellevue did the trick for us. Affordable prices and simple living.

We liked the Hailey area.
We liked the Hailey area. The Sun Valley area is great for a summertime trip. The bike trail system is outstanding; you could visit the area just to ride on the many paths and trails. Just north of Hailey and Ketchum is the Sawtooth Wilderness. This area is a real gem, and worth exploring for 3-5 days.

Bellevue is a small town.
Bellevue is a small town. Everything is within walking distance because it’s only a few blocks. But Bellevue has everything you need. Great restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, gift shops, and even a garden center. People are friendly and inviting.

Liked the small town feel, not as commercial as Sun Valley, but close enough for daytrips there and further up in the National Park. Many activities within 20 mile radius for daytripping. Winter and summer sports activities and airport convenient to Hailey. Cross country trails accommodated hikers and their dogs, bicycles, Cc skis snowshoers, and even the ski shoes!!
