Great proximity to town and local attractions. It was great to see that the accommodation maintained its original charm while providing updated modern amenities. Loved our room located in the old York Hitel. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault our sray. Would highly recommend!

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful despite seeming understaffed. There was a full size refrigerator and kitchenette with stovetop and toaster, and a grocery store next door. Hotel was walking distance to the airport ferry.

Ketchikan is a fine little town, walk it to see all of it personally. Avoid the cruise ship shops and buy local and/or authentic craftsmanship. The locals appreciate that you are visiting and enjoying the authenticity of one of Alaska’s towns and heritage.

A perfect place to fly into to begin our 3 week adventure into Alaska! Great street scene, easy walking, wonderful art and food. Stayed 3 nights before boarding ferry, and loved every minute! Delicious food, kind people.

Ketchikan is easy to navigate even with the crowds coming...
Ketchikan is easy to navigate even with the crowds coming off the cruise ships. Although it is busy in the morning when the cruise ships let their clients explore the town, they are all gracious and courteous. We had booked a fishing trip with Sportsman's Cove Lodge and stayed a night in town before and after and it was well worth the extra time. Creek Street is fun to explore, the Pioneer Dinner is exceptional, and the Lumberjack show brought back childhood memories for my wife. Enjoy your time.
