The owner: very gentle and very available. When she is not working she could take you at the port, or somewhere in the island: simply, ask her.
Unbelievable apartment! I asked the owner if she works in a resort because there is a great attention to all the details.
Then, even if I do not use, Netflix is available.
Mattress: among the best I've slept on.

Location is great. You can see it from the ferry port. The family took really good care of us. Roberto was quick to answer questions. I had to change my dates due to ferry schedule and it was super smooth. They accommodated us nicely. Junior took us around town and every one knew him. Real nice guy. Would definitely stay again if I come to Canouan

Cute little suite that had all the required facilities. The balcony had such a lovely view and was high enough to allow breeze to keep the suite cool. The host was helpful and accomodating and was easy to reach if I needed anything. I would stay here again.

I came here to join a luxury yacht at the marina for a week.
I came here to join a luxury yacht at the marina for a week. If I came again I would consider island-hopping by ferry and looking for private boat trips for snorkelling and so on.
Canouan has the huge Sandy Lane Marina at one end, the even huger Mandarin resort at the other, with real life squeezed in the village in between. I preferred the low-key feel of the village, which has a couple of cheaper places to eat, the Coffee Shop and Sea Grapes (pizza) for example, if the street barbecue doesn't appeal. You can eat at Soho too without being a resident, book ahead - nice place but charges in USD and is not cheap.

The island is being rebuilt after the terrible hurricane a couple of years ago. A bit off the beaten track and this is exactly why we chose it. Very easy though to go to Canouan, Tobago Keys or other Grenadines islands. Lovely beaches on the western side of the island.

An idyllic paradise which moves at a slower pace of life. The beaches are nice. There are a few bars and restaurants to check out. Also if there are any cultural events happening when you are visiting make sure you take them in. Also there is a kitesurfing school for those adventurous to try.
