We had a fabulous 3 day stay at The Milligan. Sharon and Lennox are the perfect hosts. Their beautiful small boutique guest house is well appointed, clean, large comfy bed, big bathroom with fluffy, white, soft, towels and high quality toiletries. The meals are to die for, nutritious, organic, delicious and culturally inspired. Drinks are priced very reasonably. In order to explore the island Sharon & Lennox suggested we hire a car and Lennox offered to drive us and be our guide. He took us all around the island, to places where tourists don’t go, so that we could see the ‘real’ SVG. The roads are narrow, up and down hills and full of pot holes. We were so glad that Lennox was driving. I highly recommend The Milligan, you will nit be disappointed.

All the food we had was very tasty and well portioned. Our Villa was spotless and seemed well maintained. The location and property itself is absolutely gorgeous. One thing to note is that the resort is on a far corner of the island away from most of the tourist activity. That being said, we preferred this and opted to rent a car. The drive to the town centre is a relaxing and enjoyable 20 minute drive with scenic views an no traffic slow downs to be found. All the staff were very courteous, friendly and were accommodating to any extra requests we may have had. Bequia seems like a very safe place, so safety concerns were not an issue.

Transfer to Chatham Bay was organised by Tenuta, a 2 min drive to the dock onto their rib to the resort. A friendly welcome by Antonio, providing local knowledge about Union and surrounding islands. On our approach, Iwona was waiting with coconut drinks and cold towels After suffering destruction during Hurricane Beryl, Tenuta is being rebuilt and we were fortunate to stay in the first cottage finished. Inside, you feel the love and passion they share for Tenuta and this continues throughout the developing resort and are highly commended for creating sustainable living with Eco luxury Our beachfront villa, steps away from the sea, high end rustic with beautiful simple décor and all the necessary amenities. A drinks fridge in the room was handy to spend evenings sitting watching the sun go down, you just can’ t beat that view! It felt like barefoot luxury, unique get away from it all and off the beaten track, peaceful, yet plenty to do like snorkel, kayak, go on walks and trips if you choose. Being located within a stunning bay, visiting yachtsman come ashore to drink, eat and a friendly chat about their travels Special mention to Iwona, who organises everything with grace and professionalism and Sophia, so friendly and excellent at her job and all the staff who are attentive polite and always with a smile The food is a culinary delight, locally sourced and fresh which does sometimes mean they run out until next delivery to the island arrives. We had a big birthday there and everyone went out of their way to make it special. Our room was lovingly decorated and Chef Joey picked us a meal for the evening and did not disappoint with a mouthwatering lamb delight Tenuta was Unforgettable, Magical, Life Changing and loved every minute of our holiday at a Caribbean piece of paradise! The employees and owner were amazing and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The sheets and towels were very soft and comfortable and we slept so well. Make sure to try the signature omelet for breakfast ❤️

I loved it at the Holiday Inn. Very warm and welcoming staff. The facilities were clean comfortable.

The property was clean and spacious and the staff were amazing. I felt like I was coming home. The tour was perfect and the services offered were exceptional. I felt safe and comfortable at all times. Sharma (I think that is how her name is spelt) was phenomenal and the young man who was there on evenings was very helpful and courteous. We will definitelty go back again. My family and I really enjoyed it all.

We had the most amazing time. We were upgraded to the Palm Villa for my husbands 40th which blew us away and totally unexpected. Such an amazing surprise and our kids absolutely loved having our own pool. The staff were amazing and so friendly. Remembered our names on day 1.

The A/C, because it was hot!, and it worked perfectly. And the very nice staff, especially at reception and at the loop restaurant Oh and the views: stunning!

The property is on the beach, close to other hotels and easy to get into town. They also had English plug sockets in the room which was a bonus. Shower was very powerful and water very good.

Not usually one to write reviews, but I simply couldn’t leave without sharing how exceptional this stay was. From the seamless airport collection to the warm welcome drink on arrival, every moment felt thoughtfully curated. Walking into the room to find freshly baked cookies and being greeted by endless smiling faces set the tone for what would be an unforgettable experience. This isn’t a hotel you pass by! The room itself was absolutely stunning. Every little detail had clearly been considered, creating a space that felt both luxurious and welcoming. The views were nothing short of breathtaking, perfect for soaking up the afternoon sun and watching the sunset. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. They are exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, and every recommendation, from restaurants to island activities was perfect. Their genuine warmth and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire stay feel personal and special. Having stayed in many high end hotels and resorts all over the world, I can honestly say the service here ranks among the very best I’ve experienced. It wasn’t just excellent, it was memorable. An incredible stay from beginning to end. I cannot wait to return.
