There is nothing we can fault with this newer hotel. Staff were all fantastic to deal with, the location was near to the airport, the room was comfortable and had all the amenities you could want, and the breakfast was one of the best we had in Cyprus. An added bonus is the pool and green area out back - a really nice place for some down time. If/when we come back, we'll be staying here for sure!!

We stayed only for one night there. Very cooperative host. We were in contact while coming from south Cyprus and we arrived around 8pm. It's like 15-20 minutes away from the Ag. Dometios border. The reception lady was already there and waiting for us.
This place has only a few rooms and it seemed like there was no one else staying there for that night.
The room was well equipped and very clean and quiet.
We also found car parking on the street Ike 2 minutes away. Some restaurants and small shops are close, so we also enjoyed a nice dinner.

The only airport in Northern Cyprus, Ercan Airport is located 8 miles (13 kilometres) from North Nicosia. A taxi to the city will cost about TRY 200 (EUR 45) and take around 35 minutes. Kibhas buses run every couple of hours from 04:00 until 23:00, with more services offered during the afternoon.

I loved the old city, the multi cultural vibes, the easy access by car to other cities. Things are starting to happen in Nicosia, like the international contemporary jewelry exhibition that took place in the Old Town Hall of Nicosia, between 12-16 Nov, that attracted artists from all over the world and received a very warm welcome by the citizens of Nicosia.

"My recent stay at Skyroof Hotel Lefkonia was extremely disappointing due to multiple serious issues.
1. Poor Infrastructure: The WiFi throughout the hotel was unusably slow and unreliable.
2. Broken Promises & Maintenance Failure: The air conditioning in my room malfunctioned. I reported this to reception, and while they promised to send someone to fix it, no one ever came before I checked out.
3. Deeply Concerning Security Incident at Checkout (June 19th, approx 12:20 PM): This was the most alarming part. During checkout at the front desk while settling my bill, I was 100% sure I had my phone in my hand. I placed it on the desk during the payment process. Immediately after completing the payment, my phone was gone.
I retrieved my room key and thoroughly searched the room – it wasn't there.
I returned immediately to the reception desk, reported the phone missing, and expressed my concern given the circumstances and location.
After several minutes, a receptionist made a call and then claimed another staff member had "found" the phone. Crucially, they provided no clear or plausible explanation for where it was supposedly found or how it left the front desk area.
The sequence of events and the lack of transparency lead me to strongly suspect staff involvement in the disappearance and subsequent "recovery" of my phone.
Conclusion: Between the non-functional amenities, the ignored maintenance request, and the highly suspicious incident involving my phone at checkout, I feel completely unsafe and distrustful of this hotel's operations. I will never stay here again. Potential guests should be extremely cautious, especially with valuables during checkout, as security around the front desk appears compromised.

The location is close to all the amenties in the Engomi area. I walked everywhere. It's very safe. I felt safe. If you need to be in this area then this flat is perfect.
I was there to help settle my son in to university there so we had lots to do.

Wow! The best villa we have ever stayed ! Its brand-new , matresses, sheets and towels are luxurious. Fantastic sea view from all the bedrooms. Hosts Panayiotis and Anthia are exceptionally friendly and generous. The beach in front just 70 metres from the villa is sandy, shallow and clean. The swimming pool is very large with water that flows like a fountain. We enjoyed sea-view jacuzzi !! We will stay again. Highly recommended !

My experience in Nicosia, Cyprus, was extremely disappointing due to the treatment I received from the owners of the hotel, Unique City Centre Apartments. The way I was treated was inhumane and completely inappropriate, showing a lack of basic respect and professionalism. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the hotel itself but also negatively impacts the reputation of tourism in the area. Travelers expect to be treated with courtesy and dignity, and experiences like this can discourage visitors from returning or recommending the destination to others. It is essential for hospitality businesses to uphold high standards of service to ensure that tourism thrives and that guests feel safe and welcomed.

It is elevated, close to arterial toads but quiet. The homes in the area are nice. Walking up and down streets is unsafe because of uneven surfaces, no footpaths, pot holes and so on. If you have a car, the shops, eateries and do on are not too far away.

I really enjoyed my time in Lefkada— it’s such a beautiful place where different cultures blend naturally into everyday life. I loved exploring the old town, and even going over to Turkey was a fascinating experience that I would highly recommend.
Anyone visiting Lefkada should also take the chance to explore other parts of the island and beyond — the mountains, Paphos are destinations I have visited on other occations and they are also wonderful, each with its own charm. I felt very safe and comfortable walking around, but I would advise travelers to be careful when choosing their accommodation, to make sure it meets their expectations. Looking forward to going back to Levcosia in a few days with my family, to explore even more "corners" of this interesting town.
