The host (Martha) was welcoming, even did a special birthday request at a reasonable price. The easy access, coming in and going out. The breakfast was the best, room service and clean was the best.

Lanseria is smaller than OR Tambo airport, so is easier to negotiate. Staff were friendly and helpful - especially as I needed assistance for boarding. Restaurants and shops are few, but available. We had breakfast at Wimpy while waiting for our flight.

I really enjoyed our stay.
I really enjoyed our stay. We were travelling from England and due to corona virus restriction we could not arrive on our booked day 17th January 2022. To our surprise the staff, Jessica told us she informed the manager about our missed day and the manager was happy to offer us another day as a replacement. We were overjoyed as we never expected such a nice gesture from Lanseria. This was the nicest thing we have never expected from a lodge. Thank you sooooo much Lanseria and we will surely visit again

I liked everything about this place,the workers, owners -S and B,even the kitchen everything is there,the pool is just awesome.It is the best place I ever been in ,I would really recommend other people to go and visit they definitely won't regret.

Reception took over 20min to check us in after botching up...
Reception took over 20min to check us in after botching up the booking. Service at the bar took 15 min after calling the barman twice. Supper on the first evening took 90minutes from ordering. The 2nd night we were woken at 1am by drunk guest who made a disturbing noise until 2am. One Morning we were charged R190 for breakfast for 3x people & the 2nd morning R450 for 3x people. Prior to check out I asked that they have my invoice ready. On check out the lady said she is jusy with something else and she will email it to me. I have not received it yet & it will probably take 10x phone calls if they answer. Overall the stay was disappointing . The competence & friendliness of the staff is not up to standard. I will not stay there again.

The bath tap is the best feature.
The bath tap is the best feature. Having a proper shade outside would be great seeing that we cannot really sit outside during the day because of direct sunlight. The bathroom floor outside the shower needs to be cleaned properly they are sticky and not clean at all
