Puikus personalas. Mandagūs, sveikinasi, šypsosi. Yra slidinėjimo įrangos nuomos punktas, kuriame dirba puikiai angliškai šnekantis darbuotojas, kuris dar ir parekomendavo terminius baseinus (kuriais pasinaudojome). Yra slidinėjimo įrangos sandėliavimo kambarys (nemokamas). Veža autobusiukas iki trasos ir atgal tam nustatytu laiku. Buvome ne piko metu, tai baseinas būdavo tuščias. Puikiai Apartamentai mūsų buvo labai erdvūs, geresni nei tikėjomės. Labai šilta viduje. Kasdien paklodavo lovas ir išnešdavo šiukšles. Pirkdavomės vakarienę - mus tenkino. Paskutinę dieną sulūžo automobilio bagažo ant stogo užraktas - viešbučio registratorius labai padėjo - iškvietė meistrą ir problema buvo išspręsta (AČIŪ) Ar grįžtume - taip
