フナ広場から近いが賑やかなスークではなく、穏やかなスークのほうにあるので、うるさくないです。またホテルのすぐそばにはローカルの人にも人気なカフェ、サンドイッチ屋があり、フナ広場の観光客向けレストランよりもずっと安くおいしいので空腹に悩むことはありません。 リヤドから20mほど進んだところにあるクリーニング屋を紹介してくれ、その店では1キロ35mdhで洗濯・乾燥してくれました（翌日受け取り）。 リヤド自体は古いですが旅に必要なものは揃っており、ロケーションの悪いラグジュアリーリヤドよりも高い得点をつけました。
