Katayamazu Onsen Kasuikyo features indoor/outdoor hot-spring baths, a karaoke room and relaxing massages. All rooms come with views of Lake Shibayama, a private bathroom and free WiFi. Our first time at Kaga-Onsen, and was glad that we chose to stay at Katayamazu Onsen Kasuikyo. The rooms offer a sweeping view of Lake Shibayama, framed by Mount Hakusan in the distance – extremely picturesque, and memorable. The private outdoor bath in the room was comfortably-sized, and having a soak whilst overlooking the lake with ducks, or at the full-moon after dark, was such a dream. The kaiseki dinners were a true highlight – seasonally unique and scrumptious. We'd definitely choose to be back! As the shuttle buses to and from the JR Kaga-Onsen station operate only within certain blocks within the day, we'd definitely opt for a rental car when we return, so we can better explore the region. Looking forward to returning again!

It was probably the best hotel, I have been so far. Due to some collision with the rooms, we had a very nice upgrade. The room was spacious, superbly equipped and very comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable and we had a huge bathroom. All in all, perfect, really!

A 3-minute walk from the Nomachi Train Station, APA Hotel Kanazawa-Nomachi offers modern accommodations with free wired internet access in all room. Guests can request massages for relaxation. Very kind staff, a lot of amenities, clean, good price, location near a bus station (15-20 minutes by bus to the main train station). They provide new towels, tea, coffee, etc. every day. There were also toothbrushes and razors in the bathroom. Everything one needs for the stay.

A 5-minute walk from JR Komatsu Train Station’s West Exit, the Komatsu Grand has a public bath, a sauna and a Japanese/Western breakfast buffet. The modern rooms include an LCD TV and free Wi-Fi. Great buffet breakfast, standard APA hotel experience, simple but effective.

Located right next to JR Daishoji Train Station, APA Hotel Kagadaishoji-ekimae features a spacious public bath and sauna located on the top floor for guests to relax in. I didn’t set high expectations for the only hotel in a small town, but I was really blown away by how nice everything was! I left as a big fan of APA Hotels. The onsen upstairs wasn’t comfortable with large tattoos, so I didn’t get to use that facility. But it looked nice from the outside. There is just one washer, but it has the lock code so you can walk away without any worries and relax in your room while it runs. The staff were very courteous and were a great help even with the language barrier. They conveniently did the luggage shipping service at their front desk, so we didn’t have to try to find another option for that. The hotel is right next door to the train station, which made it a short walk and easy to navigate.

A 5-minute walk from Katamachi Bus Stop and an 8-minute drive from JR Kanazawa Train Station, アパホテル金沢片町 offers free wired internet. The air-conditioned rooms include an LCD TV, and a fridge. Amazing room. The bed was super comfy and the room itself had its own local network, meaning you could cast onto the pretty big TV it had. You could also go to the nearby affiliated spa to use the big bathrooms for free.
