My stay at Sargsyan Eco House was outstanding! The new ascetic decor was beautifully serene, and the homemade breakfast was a delicious highlight. The ambience, with its lovely garden, provided a perfect retreat. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, treating me like family. Highly recommended for a memorable and charming getaway!

The view was beautiful, the restaurant was very nice, but I would prefer more variety of vegetarian food. The room was very spacious and clean.

I have mixed feelings about the place. The good 1. Its on the 11th floor so the view is gorgeous. 2. There are couple of places to walk around and see a bit of forests and there is a deer reserve (?) nearby 3. Fresh air and the option to escape the heat of the city 4. It is peaceful unless you have noisy peoole next door 5. There is a general store in the ground floor that will provide the basics 6. The place is far from the centre and if you attempt to go there on foot, you have a very steep uphill climb up about 1.5ish kilometres, which was a good challenge for me but for could beca major downside for those less into sports

Been there for 2 nights. Very good hotel for its price. Clean and comfortable. Location is great, it is in the city center , however full of nature. Staff was friendly and ready to solve all issues. One of the best expeiences we had with my husband! First of all the host Davit was very pleasent, friendly and happy to help if any problem! The room has everything you need to stay (even more :)). Surely we will visit this place again! Highly recommended!
