Each unit comes with a private bathroom with shower. Most units also include a kitchenette with cooking facilities and fridge. The older couple that own the place are the nicest people you’ll meet. Nice and very clean rooms. Great location. Free breakfast. Owner even took many of the guests to the port in his van because the bus stopped running in October.

The accommodation offers a housekeeping service and a shared lounge for guests. Such a nice, comfortable room in a great location near the Ios port! I only stayed one night but the owner was so helpful with my late check in and early check out. I would definitely return!

The simple traditional cycladic decoration and the spacious rooms offer you the best opportunity to relax and feel at home. Each is functional with its own kitchenette. Air conditioning, TV and safe are standard features. We had a wonderful stay at Petra! Perfekt quiet location by the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lisa did much more than anyone can expect to make us feel welcome. We will recommend this to anyone!
