The place located in a busy street, it can be noisy, specially when your room facing the street but that is just a minor issue. We enjoyed our stay. The entire place is clean, very homey too. Beds are comfortable. It was a nice short stay.

Thought Bali is the best, till I experience staying in Surabaya, particularly in Oakwood Hotel. Well done everyone!

Very comfortable for a family, great swimming pool depth of 1.3 Metres for my 7 year old son, location great for Grand Indonesia mall with a free shuttle bus, breakfast options not too bad but some food ran out quick.
