In the Pasay district of Manila, close to Mall of Asia Arena, Staycation By ABY Sea Residences features a garden and a washing machine. Location was perfect. Accessible to everywhere, malls , offices, airport etc. Mall of Asia is just walking distance and it’s safe to walk around even at night. The room itself is quite cozy. I love the homey vibe. Everything you need is just there. Bathroom was a little bit outdated and cabinets are worn out but still manageable. Complimentary towels and blanket smells a little “kulob”. Hope they provide cotton next time. Overall, Im satisfied with my 5 nights stay. It was peaceful and safe as well. Its good value for it’s price. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Looking forward for my future booking with them. Thank you so much!

Located in Manila, Unit 2H 81 Newport Boulevard Condominium Perfect for Layovers Across NAIA Terminal 3 features accommodation with a plunge pool and city views. It It has all the amenities needed to make us feel like we’re staying in an expensive hotel while still feeling at home. The bed and bedding are comfortable. The spacious bathroom has complete toiletries and generous towel provisions. Despite the pool being just a few meters away from the unit, there’s no unnecessary noise. The TV is big, and the complimentary Wi-Fi is reliable. There are also enough charging outlets. Kitchen appliances are available if you need to cook or reheat food, and the small dining table comfortably seats 3 to 4 people. It’s also very convenient to have food delivered, as there’s a designated drop-off area for Foodpanda and Grab riders. The hosts are very accommodating as well. Joyce secured a parking space for us, and Nhormz was very patient with our schedule change. The unit is also pet-friendly, and while building security is strict, the staff are consistently helpful. There are restaurants and shops within the building and nearby. Newport Mall and the Shrine of St. Therese of the Child Jesus, a Roman Catholic church, are within walking distance. For travelers, NAIA Terminal 3 is just a short distance away.
