Very good security for the property, big balconies at the front facing the road or smaller quiet balconies at the back apartments, property is surrounded by various types of restaurants and bars but still quiet due to expensive double glazing. All the furnishings and fittings are high end and comfy. The staff are great, so friendly and professional.

We had an exceptional stay at this accommodation, and it exceeded all our expectations. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with drinks and snacks, which made us feel right at home. Mr. Chusak and his employee kindly drove us to the apartment, which is located by the sea, just a few minutes away from the main building. The apartment itself was perfect for a couple, with daily cleaning done while we were out (special thank you goes to the housekeeper, who was super considerate about our comfort and privacy). The apartment had everything we needed, including a spacious terrace with a stunning sea view—perfect for breakfast. The bedroom was equipped with an air conditioner, a makeup table with a mirror, a large wardrobe, and a safe. It was also possible to separate the bedroom from the kitchen for added privacy. The kitchen had all the essentials, including a fridge, kettle, dining table, and even more appliances like a microwave, toaster, and electric cooker (though we didn’t use them). The shower was large, and the dark curtains allowed for restful naps during the day. Internet was fast and sufficient to work and have video calls. A huge thank you to Mr. Chusak, who went above and beyond in his care. Unfortunately, I broke my foot during our trip, and not only did he offer to extend our stay, but he also offered transportation whenever needed and even lent me his own crutches, which was incredibly helpful. The location was ideal for those looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay away from the crowds and nightlife. There were a few good restaurants nearby and a clean beach just across the road, complete with a shower. For those interested, there were also places to rent or learn surfing. If we return to Phuket, we will definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Hello! 🌺🏖️ My wife and I recently stayed at a wonderful resort on Rawai Beach in Phuket for our 20th wedding anniversary and we were really pleased with everything! With beautiful views and a relaxing environment, this residence was the best place to relax and enjoy nature and the pool. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the facilities were perfect and sufficient for us. Also, the presence of kitchen tools allowed us to prepare delicious breakfasts by ourselves. But what made this experience even more special was the kindness of Mr. Tom and the staff! He kindly and compassionately helped us to make the best moments in this beautiful island. I am truly grateful for his advice on renting a motorbike and coordinating the time and way to and from and his special attention to detail. 🌞😊

The Starbucks café in the lobby was a big plus and very convenient. We also liked the common areas and the pool. The apartment was quite spacious, had a beautiful view, and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place.

Laksika Place Khao Rang está en Phuket, a 1,8 km de Casa Chinpracha y a 1,9 km de Museo Thai Hua, y dispone de vistas a la montaña y wifi gratis. The staff was super helpful and supporting , my baggage got lost on the flight and the building manager called the airport multiple times for me to organize the return of it. Also I was a bit late with my check out which was also not a problem ! The room was clean and comfortable.
