Our condo had a California King and air conditioning. Staff was kind and helpful.

There is free underground parking though large SUVs etc have to park outside, but there seemed to be plenty of capacity. If you want to ski Vail you have to change buses at Avon Station, but all buses are free. Avon has good services and shops, the restaurant scene is a little sparse but the skier shuttle to Beaver Creek village runs till 11 pm.
