I've never had a warmer welcome. From the booking process to finding this tucked away oasis, Chloe was easy to communicate with and responsive. I could not believe it when I turned into the little gate off the busy road only to find the most tranquil haven. I stayed for a work trip with my 5 dogs and despite working a lot during my long weekend trip, I felt like I'd had a holiday. The garden is shared, which worried me at first as I'd expected a private garden. However, it was not a problem at all as everyone on site was very friendly and accommodating. While I'd expect this to be an issue during the busier times, it really wasn't during the time of my stay. The studio itself was clean and cosy and the perfect place to warm up and chill after a day's work. I will be booking here again for my regular London trips. I am very lucky to have found this place, though would not be surprised if it books up or is used for retreats and such.

The property is situated a great location! We found it incredibly convenient to navigate around. Its proximity to the supermarket and easy access to the motorway made our stay even more enjoyable.

We wished there had been more research on our end on how far this was from the city but the public transportation and neighborhood were mostly easy, quaint and homey.

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood about a 5 minute walk from Falconwood train station and within 15 minute walk into town/shops/restaurants. The property was spacious, bright, comfortable and modern. and the kitchen had a microwave, coffee maker- with most delicious latte! The host provided complimentary milk and orange juice in the fridge and 2 small bottles of wine upon our arrival. He even drove us to town the night we arrived so we could get our bearings and go out to dinner! I have already highly recommended this property to our friends who live in Eltham, so they can suggest visitors stay here.
