Clean, it felt like home. No smelly chemicals, just plain clean. Staff very helpful and kind.

The hosts are lovely and accomodating and the property is stylish and impeccably clean. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay.

Remote and quiet place, walking distance to modern Žnjan promenade with many restaurants and bars.

Everything was perfect! The apartment, the view, the hot tub, and our sweetest host! all the equipments in kitchen allows you to make anything you want on your own, and the apartment is dustless. Wished we could stay another night 🥰

The hosts were just wonderful people. We arrived late at the property due to flight delays but the hosts were very accommodative and supportive. They were awake to receive us and also provided some guidance with maps, travel guides, etc. When the hosts are so good half of your problems are solved - this was one such case..

Quiet location, cleanliness, Split easy accessible by Uber, superb view over the mountains, close to beach

We arrived to the property to check in at midnight and were met by the extremely helpful staff to assist with check in. At check in we were provided with a map of split and given some recommendations of things to do and places to see. The apartment was very large, clean and had excellent amenities. The view out across the ocean was stunning. We had this view from the bedroom, lounge room and balcony. This also had beautiful sunset views in the evenings. There are some great restaurants close by within walking distance on the foreshore. This is a newly developed area with beaches and a lovely path to walk along the ocean front too.

As someone who travels weekly for work and stays in countless accommodations, I can confidently say that Priuli Heritage Suites is by far the best place to stay in Split. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and comfort are unmatched. The staff are warm, professional, and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The location is perfect—central yet quiet—and the blend of modern luxury with historical charm is done flawlessly. I’ve stayed in many places across Croatia and Europe, but this one truly stands out. I’ll always choose Priuli whenever I’m in Split again. Highly recommended!

Nice place by the sea, including a sand beach - rare here, good small bedroom and bathroom, all you need with few steps, like lovely restaurants so close, including one Michelin rated, a market and if you like to walk you cand reach the Riva place in 20 minutes. Ivana give me all tips for the best places to go and a map, so lovely and kind person. Responded quickly to answers and needs. Ahh...and there is a nice cat at the door just welcoming you...not all the time. So cute. Thank you very much

Breakfast was included at a restaurant a couple of blocks away. It was great! There was a selection of choices. The suite is beautiful and centrally located. It is one bedroom and a large living room area, which was very useful when we were suffering from jet lag! It has a small kitchen with a little fridge. The shower was one of the best and lots of hot water! The pictures are a true representation of the beautiful architecture and history of the building.

Extremely pleasant experience. These apartments are very clean, and there was absolutely everything you need. Comfortable bed, air conditioning, kitchen fully equipped with everything for cooking. We liked the terrace with an umbrella and a table, barbecue area. Location - 10 minutes walk to the beach, we found a place with a wonderful entrance to the water. The beaches are incredible, very quiet. Overall we were satisfied

It is the most well-equipped apartment I have ever stayed in; it has everything you could possibly think of. It is within walking distance of the historic center. The bedroom is very comfortable.

The apartment is amazing! It is spacious, fully equipped and warm! Very comfortable bed, and large and well-designed spaces. It was also spotless clean. The location is quiet, but very central and all interesting spots are in short walking distance. Finally, the owners were kind, flexible and very responsive. The parking spot is a plus! Definitely recommended!

I love everything! Very good location with everything within walking distance, plenty of towels, free tea and coffee, fully equipped kitchen, room space, comfy beds, a big TV which i could watch Netflix and all. Unbeatable off season price given every advantages above.

Everything was fantastic! The location was 10/10 - the square just down from the apartment was full of amazing bars/restaurants & the main area was only a few minutes walk away. The harbour was also walking distance. Petar was so helpful and fast to respond. The beds were comfy, air con was great. The view from our window was amazing! We’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Split! We’ll be back for sure! Thank you!

The location could not be better and the rooms are cool and extremely comfortable. Perfect for two couples or a family with children.

This is a gem, right in the heart of the original Diocletian Palace, with real character, spotlessly clean and with everything one could need. We didn’t find it noisy, as the bedroom windows face a narrow street, and the air conditioning unit in the lounge also cooled the bedroom with the door left open. We thought it was perfect.

Brilliant location with amazing views across the city, and the roof top terrace (shared with other apartments but fully accessible) was beautifully kept and provided a lovely space to sit and enjoy the view. You overlook the Diocletian's Palace which is gorgeous (those bells start early for any light sleepers) and you can see across the harbour and the old town of Split. Overall a total gem of a find with so many amenities in the apartment that weren't expected, ice maker, microwave, iron, steamer, toiletries etc. Jelena was so welcoming and very laid back, it was a short but lovely stay.

The location was great. It was easy to walk to everything we wanted to see. There was tea and coffee making available on the 3rd floor and a small fridge in the room. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were fortunate enough to be able to watch a magical concert from the windows of our room.

Great apartment, in a fantastic location within the walls of the old town. Karlo our host was very helpful,and we loved his restaurant recommendation. Also breakfast voucher for Luxor,was an added bonus.
