The perfect accommodation for your stay in Goa. We got a very clean cozy apartment (which was the main point while searching for the place to book) with a clean bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen and great amenities like swimming pools, a billiard-room, a gym, a parking lot and security. The apartment is located not far from the several nice beaches (about 5-7 minutes by car or bike), while grocery shops, cafes and many other places are in walking distance. We definitely felt like home living in there. Big thanks to the manager Mr. Sanjeev who made our staying so comfortable, he provided airport pick up at night, we could also address to him with any question or request. He’s a very kind and polite person. The next time we are in Goa we will have no doubt to stay in the same place!

The stay was absolutely perfect thanks to Sanjeev the host. The location is very good. It's close to GOI Dabolim Airport and also places like Panjim are easy to reach. The rooms are very big and luxurious. There is a very good AC (which is important to have in Goa) and the room is equipped with everything you need. Tv is very nice and the kitchen is also perfect. The pool in the building is very big and it's really nice to swim there. But the biggest highlight of the stay was Sanjeev the Host. He is a very friendly, honest man and he always offert help and tried to make my stay even better. I would totally recommend staying here and big thanks to Sanjeev🙏🏾!

We had a perfect stay at the apartment. It is spacious, very clean and convenient. About 10 minutes away from the airport. Sanjeev Thakur was most kind and helpful. Certainly recommend it.
