We have not met any stuff - they were invisible and yet all was perfect! Instructions how to get keys clear and send beforehand.

The apartment was very modern and clean. The beds were nice and we even played a little on the Nintendo Switch that was connected to the TV. We had a great time!

Very thoughtful to have the air-conditioning turned on before we arrive. The place is cozy and have everything we need. The place is big enough to accommodate 6 of us, and very clean.

Big, quiet and private outdoor space to enjoy the bay view, well equipped with deck chairs, lightings and BBQ pit. Good size outdoor tub is an interesting experience. Hachiya-san was very helpful, recommended places to eat and to sightsee, helped make reservation for lunches and golf game too. Gave us a tour of Ago Bay and provided the history and information of Ago Bay and Shima. He was very accommodating with the timings to fetch us to and from Umilabo house and Harbour by boat. Overall it is a beautiful place and we enjoyed ourselves especially the peace and tranquility sitting by the bay.
