Beautiful place. Such lovely and helpful staff. So clean, amazing attention to detail. Close to a nice quiet beach. Outside resort which I like but bicycles to use for free if you wana go there. The building was nice and clean with cool amenities on the bottom floor. The rooftop pool and lounge area was terrific. The room was spacious and clean with a large balcony with a table to eat at and some comfortable lounge chairs. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Bikes were available first come first serve which came in very handy. Each morning, the front desk staff would get me setup with a bike, which I used to go to the dive center. The process was easy and the bikes were in good condition.

All the staff are so warm and supportive who made us feel at home. We also tried the sounds healing event, Tarot reading, and Mayan massage, which left us with unforgettable memories and experiences. I loved staying in the apartments, they are totally perfect! The place is exactly as it is shown in the pictures, very clean, beautifully decorated, kitchen has everything you ever need, even the wine glasses. Everything is new and modern. My husband loved the huge screen. The pools on the roof are lovely and the water is just the perfect temperature. The place is close to the fancy supermarket, the seaside and the streets with nice restaurants but far enough from the noisy bars to sleep well at nights. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing place, got everything you really need, also got a little bigger room for like no money and had a lot of space with a nice little kitchen inside. The pool and the rooftop is very cool aswell, we finally felt comfortable in staying in one place after traveling for a while and everything was perfectly clean and they provide nice soap and shampoos and even mosquito repellent lotion. Free water… Location is great since its very close to the center and close to the beach (we changed to come here after initially going to a place in la veleta i really dont recommend going there) A huge shopping store is in walking distance which was amazing to buy some groceries and things.

I liked everything. First of all, the price was really reasonable and the location was in a new developing area so it is not at the tulum center but since we had a car, there was no problem. The hotel is inside a zone where there is a security guard is at the entrance of the zone, so It felt safe to park the car. The room was very nice and spacious. Clean and pretty! There was a big fridge which was useful also some utensil. There was fan and AC. The fan has also a remote control which was good. There is a water dispenser at the entrance. The weather was not so hot so we did not really want to use the pool. It was a bit small but there are not so many people using anyways so it seemed fine. Nearby there are supermarket, some restaurants too. It is inside the zone where other accommodations are together. The communication with the staff was good through Booking.com message and there is a security deposit which I did not read before booking, but it was returned 3 days after checkout. I liked all in general! #I liked there was USB charging point as we forgot to bring the multi adapter from Europe!
