Then, train at an authentic Wing Chun academy with one of Ip Man’s direct disciples, learning the Sun Character Straight Punch and its core principles. In the afternoon, dive into lion dance, a Southern Chinese tradition blending martial arts, drumming, and lion costumes. After learning its history, enjoy a live show and try it yourself: lift a 3.5kg lion head, hold the horse stance, and learn basic moves.
