This historical tour will begin in the Old Town area of Prague, where your guide will give you an insight into World War II through the personal stories of the people, places and events that have left their mark on the city's history.
You'll learn about the early events of the war, the resistance movement, Operation Anthropoid and the Prague uprising, when brave members risked their lives to bring an end to the Nazi occupation. The tour will end at the Church of Saints Cyril and Methodius, the site where the participants of the operation fought their final battle and died as national heroes, and now a memorial to the victims of the Third Reich.
