On this tour, you’ll start from Barcelona and head to the cultural landmark of Món Sant Benet, which is home to a 1000-year-old monastery, a culinary research center, restaurants and Catalan souvenir shops. On arrival, you’ll head to the medieval monastery for a 75-minute guided tour.
You’ll have time to explore the cloister, the church, the wine cellar and the cells in the Montserrat gallery inside the monastery museum. You’ll get insights into the history of Catalonia and the life of people residing in the monastery community. After the monastery tour, you’ll have leisure time to explore the culinary research center, try the restaurants or head to the shops to buy some Catalan souvenirs.
