Due to limited capacity, there can be queues and waiting times for elevator access. You might have to go down using the stairs. Towers will be visited without a guide.
Children aged six years or under are not permitted to visit the towers.
Unaccompanied children aged between 6 and 17 years, wheelchair users, disabled people requiring special assistance and guests with vertigo or cardiovascular diseases can visit the basilica and the museum but will not be permitted to visit the tower.
