A winery that cames from the nature and gastronomy.
Nature because of the land where it is surrounded, this way the winery name that means “nature” in basque dialect.
And gastronomy because we started our project in a Restaurant in the basque
country called Zaldiarán where the new concept of basque gastronomy was
created.
This way we are focus on wines with good pairings and the respect of nature around us.
