The pickup time is 9:00.
The tour operator will confirm the pickup details in advance.
If participants miss the coach connection, they must make arrangements to join the Day Tour. They will also be responsible for any additional charges.
Please be mindful not to feed the marine animals, walk on corals or engage in any activity that may damage the marine ecosystem.
Swimming skill is not required to participate as the tour provider offers high-standard safety equipment and experienced instructors to ensure an enjoyable and safe experience.
Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity.
Please note that where another company or people operate services such as shore transfers and diving, the tour provider acts only as a sales agent. Responsibility and liability for the operation lie with the operator.
Please note that in accordance with the Responsibility of Service of Alcohol Practice, the tour provider will only serve one alcoholic drink per person when ordering from the bar. The bar closes at 16:00 daily.
Please note that age and medical restrictions apply to diving activities. A medical questionnaire must be completed.
Please note that divers cannot fly 24 hours after diving and the tour provider accepts no liability for medical conditions experienced as a result of flying after diving.
The tour provider reserves the right to cancel departures, arrange alternative transport and vary itineraries and services if necessary. All cruises are subject to sea and weather conditions, particularly in the interest of customer safety.
Should adverse conditions prevent operation, the tour provider's liability is limited to offering an alternative cruise or appropriate refund no greater than the fare paid. The tour provider is not responsible for missed flights due to late arrival at airline check-in counters, whatever the cause.
The tour provider shall not be held responsible for any property loss or damage and/or any claim resulting from personal injury or death arising while traveling with the company, participating in activities on the island or other company property. This disclaimer applies irrespective of cause.

The tour can be canceled due to unfavorable weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In such situations, you will either be provided with an alternative date or a refund.
