This guided tour will give you a behind-the-scenes look at winemaking and olive production in the Languedoc region. Your first stop will be a traditional winery where you'll learn about local techniques. Here, you'll participate in a tasting workshop and sample several fine wines.
Your next destination will be a family-run olive farm with a 16th-century mill. You'll sample olives and olive oil alongside other regional products like vinegar and farigoule liqueur.
