    - Tuesday–Saturday: 09:00–17:30

    For groups larger than six participants, please print your voucher in advance and present it at the main entrance for scanning upon arrival.

    Please arrive at the venue within your selected 30-minute time slot specified on your voucher. If you booked your time slot at 10:30, you can enter the venue anytime between 10:30–11:00.

    If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, the admissions team will try their best to allocate you to the next available time slot. However, there is no guarantee, as time slots for the day may already be fully booked.

    The nearest bus stop is the Tower of London bus stop, served by routes 15, 42, 78, 100 and 343. From there, walk for approximately eight minutes to reach the venue.

    The nearest metro station is Tower Hill Station, served by the Circle and District lines. From there, walk for approximately five minutes to reach the venue.

    The Tower of London is a historic building with difficult stairs and passageways, and wheelchair access is limited. There are a large number of steps throughout the tower, with cobbles laid on some of the surfaces and pathways. There are also some low doorways. Please check out the access guide if needed.

    For security reasons, the Tower of London is not able to offer luggage facilities. Please find alternative arrangements for large bags before the visit.

    Please note that smoking and drinking are not allowed. You will be immediately asked to leave if caught by a staff member.

    Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show, is strictly prohibited.

    Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue.

    This activity is suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
