Nestled on the slopes of Mount Pelion and shaded by dense forests, this picturesque village is perfect for a short stop — enjoy a coffee break, take photos of the breathtaking landscapes, and visit the famous Agia Paraskevi Square, home to the legendary 1,000-year-old plane tree.

From Tsagkarada, continue your adventure with a drive through lush green forests toward Mylopotamos Beach, one of the most stunning and renowned beaches in Pelion. Here, you’ll have time for a leisurely swim in the crystal-clear waters

After enjoying the beach, travel to the seaside village of Kala Nera, where you’ll have free time for an optional meal at a seaside taverna or to browse the local shops for souvenirs and handmade goods. This relaxed stop is the perfect way to end your day before returning to Volos.
