There is a separate entrance on the side of Vas. Herakleiou Street for disabled visitors, accessible either by a ramp from the museum or directly from the pavement of Vas. Herakleiou.
The opening hours of the site are as follows:
- April–October, Monday–Sunday: 08:00–20:00.
Please note that your voucher is valid only for the specified date and time.
Outside food and drinks and large luggage are not permitted.
Dangerous materials and items like bottles, firecrackers, lasers and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other visitors are prohibited.
Pets are not permitted, only service animals with valid identification.
Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused admission, and no refunds will be given.
Smoking and drinking are not permitted, and you will be asked to leave if caught.
Re-entry is not permitted after exiting.
The site is wheelchair-accessible.
Children aged 0–5 years and EU citizens aged 6–24 years can redeem a special printed ticket at the ticket booth with presentation of a valid ID.
