This tour will take you to see Budapest’s main landmarks on foot and by public transport. Led by a knowledgeable guide, you will learn about the city's history and culture.
The tour starts at the Opera House and continues to the Heroes’ Square. Next, you will enter the City Park, a green area where you will find the Vajdahunyad Castle and the Szechenyi Thermal Baths.
The tour continues to the end of Andrassy Boulevard and then to Saint Stephen’s Basilica. At this point, you will take a break at a café and have the opportunity to try a couple of Hungarian desserts with a coffee or soft drink. Afterwards, you will head to the Danube riverside and will cross the Chain Bridge. On this side of the river, you will explore the Castle District. The tour ends in front of the Matthias Church and Fisherman’s Bastion.
