I would pick up for every traveler base to the pick up requested. if the pick up location on the airport, to make easier for traveler to find me, i would bring sign board of the traveler name so the traveler can recognize me at the exit arrival gate.
for Terminal 3 International arrival, pick up location would be at the gate near KOI Caffee and Family Mart.
for terminal 3 domestic arrival the location for pick up zone would be at arrival gate near Starbucks Coffee.
