On this calming experience, you’ll have the chance to practice Hatha yoga and meditation at Orchha.
Under the guidance of a professional instructor, you’ll release all stress from your body and mind with a yoga session. You’ll practice a breathing exercise called Pranayama and move at your own pace through the different asanas.
During this two-hour class, you’ll also have the opportunity to learn other yoga postures, such as Surya Namaskar. To round off the experience, you’ll follow a relaxing guided meditation.
