This tour will take you around Agra to see two UNESCO-listed sites, the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, and the town of Fatehpur Sikri.
You will get to explore the elegant white-marble mausoleum of the Taj Mahal, and your guide will tell you about the love story that prompted the monument’s construction. Then, at Agra Fort, you can walk through the courtyards and take a close look at the imposing walls made of red sandstone.
Your last stop will be the town of Fatehpur Sikri. Here, you will find Buland Darwaza – the main entrance to the Jama Masjid mosque – a towering gateway built to commemorate the Mughal emperor Akbar’s conquest of Gujarat.
