This thrilling small-group tour will take you on a five-hour hike across the towering glaciers of Skaftafell National Park. You’ll be accompanied by a skilled glacier-hiking guide who will equip you with everything you need to traverse the frozen terrain safely.
Your expedition will lead you to the ice cap and onwards to the glacier outlet, where you’ll head into the heart of the otherworldly ice formations. These include deep crevasses, moulins and majestic natural sculptures offering excellent photo opportunities.
Along the way, your guide will teach you about the formations of glaciers and the challenges posed by climate change. As you ascend to greater heights, you’ll be rewarded with incredible views across the landscape.

Please do not wear denim jeans as they can absorb moisture from the ice and leave you cold.
The minimum age for participating in this tour is 12 years.
