This cooking class will give you the chance to learn from a true master of Italian cuisine, known as a cesarina. Under the guidance of your host, you'll prepare three local dishes using locally sourced ingredients. Once you're done, you'll get to relax and taste the dishes with a glass of local red or white wine. You'll receive an apron and a shopping bag as a memento of your experience.
