During this private cooking class, you'll partner with a Cesarina, which is a local cook who specialises in Palermitan cuisine. The cooking session will take place in the Cesarina's home, where you'll have the chance to prepare several traditional meals.
At the end of the lesson, you'll be able to taste what you've prepared. The meal will include a selection of red and white Sicilian wines taken from the local territory.
