In the morning, you’ll join a guided tour of the Taormina food market, where you’ll learn how to select the best ingredients and get to nibble on cheese and salami. Back at the restaurant, you’ll be briefed on the recipes and then begin the actual preparations under the supervision of an expert chef. You’ll learn how to make hand-made pasta alongside other dishes that will be served during the shared lunch for everyone to try.
