With this ticket, you’ll have the chance to try making fresh pizza in a traditional Italian restaurant with a master pizza chef.
Before starting preparations, you’ll be able to sample fresh topping ingredients, including mozzarella, olive oil, salami and tomatoes. You’ll hear about the local origins of the ingredients and the importance of using quality produce before starting to craft your pizza. Following the instructions of the master chef, you’ll be able to prepare a dough and bake your creation in a traditional wood oven before eating your cooked pizza.
