On this tour, you’ll visit the archaeological site of Pompeii, where you'll witness a record of everyday life in ancient Roman times just before the eruption of Mount Vesuvius destroyed the city in 79 CE.
Led by a guide, you'll learn more about the history of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. You'll get to walk along the main street of the city, Via dell’Abbondanza, once home to popular shops and important residences. You’ll also be able to observe the plaster casts of Pompeii’s last residents and discover preserved frescoes, decorations and ornaments in various buildings and private homes.
