Upon arrival at Chefactory Cooking Academy Florence no later than 4:45 pm our teachers will welcome our guests, respecting every kind of measure of the latest DL. on health and accompanied in a room of 1700 AD. where we'll explain the menu and check for allergies to accommodate everyone.

The Chefs will follow you from the beginning to the end of the class.

Every person will do everything, it's not a demonstration class, so roll up your sleeves and let's start making desserts, cuts for sauces, appetizers, main courses and service sauces, fresh handmade pasta, a glass to feel at home.

After you've finished everything?

Finally you taste the whole menu with just as much Tuscan wine.

At the end of the whole experience you will bring with you the memory of a booklet of recipes made during the class and as many tricks of the Chefs.

The languages available are English and Italian, you can book in German and Spanish if the chefs are on time for that particular course.
