This experience will teach you how to prepare fresh Italian cuisine. Before your lesson begins, you'll visit a local produce market in Palermo, where a guide will show you how to shop for quality ingredients.
You'll then visit the private kitchen of a member of the local Cesarine network. This group focusses on teaching the art of Italian cooking. While there, your host will show you how to prepare a variety of secret family recipes.
Once the food is ready, you'll sit down for a four-course lunch or dinner. You'll be treated to a typical Sicilian menu with a starter, pasta dish, main course and dessert. During the meal, you'll be offered a selection of beverages including water, coffee and locally-produced wines.
