During this experience, you’ll get a hands-on look at the excellent cheeses of the Lake Como region. A local TV chef will be your guide, and he’ll take you to a traditional dairy dating back to the 30s.
You’ll explore the facilities, have a look at the different types of cheese products and pick up some milk for your own cheesemaking endeavours. In a local restaurant, you’ll learn how to make two kinds of cheese and a special butter, and you’ll be able to sample as much cheese as you like.
