During this hands-on cooking class in Verona, you'll meet a local chef who will help you master the art of traditional Italian cooking. You'll learn fundamental techniques and prepare classic dishes, including pasta from scratch, risotto and Italy's beloved tiramisu. After the class, you'll tuck into your dishes as a group, served with local wine. You'll also receive copies of the recipes to take home with you.
