The Pesto Laboratory in Levanto has been making pesto since 1976 – with this experience, you’ll be able to learn how to make your own world-class pesto.
Your teacher will guide you through the process of how to make traditional pesto using a marble mortar. You'll use local ingredients such as fresh basil, pine nuts, parmesan and extra virgin olive oil.
At the end of the experience, you’ll have time to enjoy your homemade pesto with a glass of white wine and regional specialties such as olives and bruschetta with anchovies.
