During this interactive experience, you’ll head to a wine school in the center of Verona to learn how to taste and experience fine Italian wines. You’ll begin with the Soave varietal, a soft and elegant white with strong minerality, before trying the aromatic Lugana.
Moving on to reds, you’ll taste robust wines from the Valpolicella Classica area and sample the unique Amarone, a wine made using partially dried grapes. Your tastings will be expertly paired with delicious snacks including characteristic Italian nibbles like salami, and you’ll also try a selection of extra virgin olive oils and aged balsamic vinegars.
