In this unmissable pizza course not only you will learn how to make pizza but you will discover many other secrets about pizza with our chef.

As soon as you wash your hands and wear a clean apron the lesson will begin with a little of theory. Soon after you will be mixing flour, water, yeast and kneading the dough for 15 minutes. Later you will shape small balls of pasta, stretch the dough, top with tomato and mozzarella, bake the pizza. Don't worry about final result as our pizza master Francesco will get out the Italian pizzaiolo that is inside you. When pizza is ready you will seat at the table to eat your self-made pizza and drink a good glass of wine or beer.

At the end of the course we will send you a file with detailed instructions on the course you have completed.
