The chef will prepare the dish on a flat iron grill at your table, and you'll enjoy it with a drink. Next, your guide will take you bar-hopping down the Hiroshima backstreets, renowned for their sake breweries. You'll get to try different drinks and get a feel for how the locals unwind.
